Reflection: This was my first experience with working in the studio at Tammy’s house. She has 3 different computers that she uses for storing and editing images. The computer I worked with was the iMac. I learned about the different software she uses in order to create albums for customers as well as storing and editing the images. Adobe Bridge is used to store images, and Adobe Photoshop is used to edit images and create photo books (“coffee table books”) for customers. I was well prepared in how to navigate the computer from AOIT; however I wish I could have had more knowledge about Adobe Photoshop prior to my internship. Training in how to use Adobe Photoshop was time consuming and difficult in some instances because most of the advanced functions are not user-friendly.
