Reflection: My work atmosphere at Tammy Wingo Photography is very relaxed…except during a wedding. Although the guests at weddings have time to relax and socialize, working at a wedding is very fast paced and involves a lot of time management and organization in order to keep everything moving smoothly. We have to make sure we appear professional in what we wear to the wedding, while also appearing to blend with the guests’ style, and also wearing something comfortable and easy to work in.
Overall, Tammy makes the decisions about what images to take and where to take those pictures. However, she also has to incorporate the wedding time frame and images desired by the bride and wedding planner. The work environment is cooperative since there is no one else to compete with, and the job requires us to all work together in order to satisfy the families of the bride and groom.
